[Web Turbo Mode Enabled Warning]

Description: grey turbo icon with warning triangle (on invisible `Web Turbo Mode Disabled Box`)
Version: since 10.0 in skin.ini, since 10.0 implemented
Visible: statusbar visible if View→ Toolbars→ `Status Bar` enabled, by default at the bottom, icon visible if turbo enabled with problems

Statusbar skin: bg for the status bar, 9.0› (.mini!)

Please note that the turbo buttons are not affected by the Statusbar button skin, also the .mini state there have no effect here!

If no image / no color in the section, you see: [Web Turbo Mode Box] - [Statusbar skin] - [Browser window skin]→ Black bg

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback FOREGROUND 1, you see: [Web Turbo Mode Enabled Warning] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback FOREGROUND 0, you see: [Web Turbo Mode Box] from current-skin
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback FOREGROUND 1, you see: [Web Turbo Mode Enabled Warning] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback FOREGROUND 0, you see: [Web Turbo Mode Box] from current-skin

Note 1: note the `Scalable = 0` entry here, that means; the icon is not affected by the settings for `Icon size` in Tools→ Appearance→ Skin (default if not set seems to be anyway 0 in normal sections). But at least here it is useless for another reason; here the scalable-entry affects only the image types Box, Boxtile, Boxtilehorizontal and Boxtilevertical - but not the image types Boxstretch or Image... (see Section entries)

Note 2: the `Height` and `Width` entries seems to be necessary, but bear in mind that the effect can be very different with another image type than Image like in the standard-skin, see Section entries
