About Fallback
- Note 1: note the `Scalable = 0` entry here, that means; the icon is not affected by the settings for `Icon size` in Tools→ Appearance→ Skin (default if not set seems to be anyway 0 in normal sections). But at least here it is useless for another reason; here the scalable-entry affects only the image types Box, Boxtile, Boxtilehorizontal and Boxtilevertical - but not the image types Boxstretch or Image... (see Section entries)
- Note 2: the `Height` and `Width` entries seems to be necessary, but bear in mind that the effect can be very different with another image type than Image like in the standard-skin, see Section entries
