[Web Image Browser Skin]

Description: bg around the photo in contact properties
Version: since 9.5 in skin.ini, since 9.5 implemented
Visible: in the Contacts panel Add→ General dialog (the screenshot uses 3px padding)

Padding: ✔ decreases the photo inside the given area (negative values enlarges the photo also outside the area)

If no image / no color in the section, you see: [Dialog tab page skin]/[Dialog page skin] - [Dialog skin]→ Black bg

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Web Image Browser Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Dialog tab page skin]/[Dialog page skin] from current skin
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Web Image Browser Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Dialog tab page skin]/[Dialog page skin] from current skin

Note 1: in earlier versions this skin part was defined by the Browser skin. But there it was necessary to set `Padding right` to 0 otherwise the mouse failed at the right of the scrollbar; so the right border for the photo disappeared too. But since 9.5 we have now the separate [Web image browser skin] for the photo.

Note 2: if the photo is not squarish, then it will be stretched/shrunken but with the given width-to-height ratio; you see then a bit of the web page bg, see below

Note 3: the inner bg if no photo or around the photo if stretched comes from the `Background color` defined in Tools→ Preferences→ Web pages
