In older Opera versions the [Toolbar Button Skin] was also responsible for buttons on the addressbar, mainbar and statusbar, but since 10 we have therefore the Addressbar button skin, Mainbar button skin and Statusbar button skin).
Please note that clones or cloned skins are not mentioned as related in this guide!
- Padding: ✔ increases/decreases the button size on common toolbars, but on other places it shifts the icon/text inside the given area or have no effect; so be careful!

- Note 1: Bear in mind again that a user can choose `Images only` or `Text only` - so you have to define at least the state-sections .selected and .attention for the involved images but also for the text color!
