[Thumbnail Widget Skin]

Description: bg around tooltip thumbnails on tabs
Version: since 9.27 in skin.ini, since 9.27 implemented
Visible: if Tools→ Preferences→ Advanced→ Tabs→ `Show thumbnails when hovering tabs` enabled (and before 10.1 in addition if Tools→ Preferences→ Advanced→ Browsing→ `Show tooltips` enabled), you see the tooltip thumbnails - if mouse-hover on tabs
