[Speed Dial Button Skin]

Description: lower buttons on sd if background image enabled
Version: since 10.0 in skin.ini, since 10.0 implemented
Visible: the 3 buttons at the bottom of the sd page, if Configure Speed Dial→ `Enable background image` enabled

if the background image is disabled, the 3 buttons are defined by the Toolbar button skin (including .hover and .pressed)

If no image / no color in the section, you see: the chosen background image behind it - [Speed Dial Widget Skin]→ Black bg

Section-types: -
Section-states: .hover, .pressed, .disabled (.disabled appears as `selected`, only for the `Configure Speed Dial` button)

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Speed Dial Button Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Toolbar Button Skin] from current-skin
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Speed Dial Button Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Toolbar Button Skin] from current-skin

Note 1: the [Speed Dial Button Skin] is not affected by the changeable sd opacity, see below

Note 2: bear in mind, that every user can change the opacity of the sd thumbnails; therefore you need the following addition inside your Speeddial.ini:

```
Values: 0 to 100, where 0 and 100 = max. opacity/no transparency, low values = less opacity/a lot of transparency, high values = a lot of opacity/less transparency
Bear in mind also that the involved sd elements can be transparent too - then this transparency is the max. opacity (like in the standard-skin)
