About Fallback
- Note 1: some times you see scrollbars from the skin also inside webpages; depending on the settings in rightclick→ Edit site preferences→ Display→ `Enable styling of scrollbars`
- Note 2: if you have a .hover section but without image/color then you see no hover effect
- Note 3: the .disabled state you see if the scrollbar knob is on it`s top position
- Note 4: in some dialogs you see a corner area between the `Header button skin` and the [Scrollbar Vertical Skin] (eg Tools→ Preferences→ Advanced→ Fonts); this area is defined by the Header button skin
