About Fallback
- Note 1: some times you see scrollbars from the skin also inside webpages; depending on the settings in rightclick→ Edit site preferences→ Display→ `Enable styling of scrollbars`
- Note 2: if no .hover state section defined, you see Opera`s default color if hovered (this color is unchangeable). If you have a .hover section but without image/color then you see no hover effect.
- Note 3: in some dialogs you see a corner area between the `Header button skin` and the [Scrollbar Vertical Skin] (eg Tools→ Preferences→ Advanced→ Fonts); this area is defined by the Header button skin
