[Progress Empty Skin]

Description: general bg for progress empty items
Version: at least since 9.0 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented
Visible: on the progress bar in `Progress document` and `Progress total` items, as well as in the `Progress general` item (if Appearance→ Toolbars→ Progress bar→ `Simple` chosen), also in progress bars appearing in downloads panel/tab

If no image / no color in the section, you see: [Progress general skin]/[Progress document skin]/[Progress total skin] - Current bg behind it

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback FOREGROUND 1, you see: [Progress Empty Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback FOREGROUND 0, you see: Current bg from current-skin
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback FOREGROUND 1, you see: [Progress Empty Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback FOREGROUND 0, you see: Current bg from current-skin

Note 1: normally you should have an image and a text color here in the [Progress Empty Skin] - if really necessary you can change some further settings in Progress general skin, Progress document skin and Progress total skin

Note 2: in my opinion the other unstyled progress elements (Elapsed, Images and Speed) should have the same look as the [Progress Empty Skin] (but not the Clock and Status).
