Description: bg for progress bar if set to pop-up at bottom of page
Version: at least since 9.0 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented
Visible: if Appearance→ Toolbars→ Progress bar→ `Pop-up at bottom` chosen

The Progress document skin is defined by the Progress empty skin: general bg for progress empty items, 9.0› and Progress full skin: general bg for progress full items, 9.0›
The Progress total skin is defined by the Progress empty skin: general bg for progress empty items, 9.0› only

Also the Toolbar button skin: general base area around common toolbar buttons if not specified elsewhere, 9.0› is related; someone can drag any button to this toolbar
