[Personalbar Button Skin]

Description: area around buttons on the personal bar
Version: since 10.0 in skin.ini, since 10.0 implemented
Visible: personal bar visible if View→ Toolbars→ `Personal Bar` enabled

Since Opera 10 we have the separate [Personalbar Button Skin] here. In the versions before 10 we had therefore the Link button skin which is now only responsible for link buttons like the `More` button in the speeddial help tooltip.

Note 1: the .mini state like in the standard-skin makes not really sense since we cannot choose the mini-state from the UI (apart from that it seems not to work here), also the .attention state in the standard-skin is a riddle...
