- Note 1: the divider you see in the standard-skin at the bottom of the [Panel Normal Toolbar Skin] is part of it`s background image; therefore the bottom padding is set to 14px

An arrow means: this skin you see on top of the next skin - so all the settings not made in this skin, comes from the next.
