[Panel Browser Skin]

Description: separate small area around web panels and info panel/info tab
Version: since 9.5 in skin.ini, since 9.5 implemented
Visible: open the info panel/tab or a web panel
Related: Hotlist panel skin: separate bg for the normal panel toolbar and behind the panel treeviews, 9.0›
Hotlist skin: general bg behind all the panel toolbars, 9.0›
Window skin: general base bg for several window parts/toolbars if not specified elsewhere, 9.0›

If no image / no color in the section, you see (panel): [Hotlist panel skin] - [Hotlist skin]→ Black bg
If no image / no color in the section, you see (tab): [Window skin]→ Black bg

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Panel Browser Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Browser skin], resp. [Hotlist panel skin]→ [Hotlist skin] from current-skin
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Panel Browser Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Browser skin], resp. [Hotlist panel skin]→ [Hotlist skin] from current-skin

Note 1: the screenshot uses 3px padding in all directions, the standard-skin uses only 1px

Note 2: in order to have access to all the full panels/tabs, please drag the following button to the `Panel header toolbar`: BUTTON
on the panel header then, click: open full panel/tab - hold: change to full panel/tab.

Note 3: the inner grey bg comes from the info.css (around the white info part)

Note 4: here the relations between all the panel skins - please note, that all the statements here are made without having clones. An arrow means: this skin you see on top of the next skin - so all the settings not made in this skin, comes from the next. For instance: if there is no image and no color in the [Panel normal toolbar skin] you see the image/color of the [Hotlist panel skin] - and if the [Hotlist panel skin] have no image/color, you see the image/color of the [Hotlist skin]:
