About Fallback

• Note 1: the [Pagebar skin] concerns the bg for the whole normal and visual tab bar, but you can have separate/different bg`s for the normal `Pagebar head skin`, `Pagebar tail skin` and `Pagebar floating skin`. Different can be also the visual `Pagebar thumbnail head skin`, `Pagebar thumbnail tail skin` as well as `Pagebar thumbnail floating skin`. Also for the buttons you can define different skins for normal head/tail/floating and visual head/tail/floating, see below.
