[Notifier Skin]

Description: bg for pop-up notifiers
Version: at least since 9.0 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented
Visible: visible if Tools→ Preferences→ Advanced→ Notifications→ `Show notification for new messages/blocked pop-ups/finished transfers/unite applications` enabled, but also visible as text search pop-ups - press first F9 in order to focus the page and then `.`for text search on page, or `,` for text search in links on page

Note 1: The [Notifier skin] is a base skin, that means; if you have here no color/image/text color defined, you see Black bg together with a text color from the OS!

Note 2: if defined, the text color from the Multilineedit skin overrides the text color here - but not the hovered labels for new messages (the `Multilineedit skin` text color itselfs have effect on many other places)!
