About Fallback

• Note 1: Value 0 for margin left recommended/mandatory - otherwise the menu button have unuseable space at the left or in case of a negative value the menu may disappear (appears `outside` of the viewport)! See also Pagebar head skin and Pagebar thumbnail head skin (padding there)!
