[Listitem Skin]

Description: inner bg for dropdown listfields without icon and for listboxes, eg in dialogs/in Contact properties→Images
Version: at least since 9.0 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented, not used in 10
Visible: eg in the Appearance→ Buttons dialog (several `dropdown listfields without icon`), eg Contacts panel→ Add→ Images or in Tools→ Mail and Chat accounts→ Add (listboxes)

Margin top/bottom: ✔ shifts text only (not recommended), but the same value for top and bottom together works like vertical spacing (without effect then on the `dropdown listfields`)
Margin left: ✔ shifts text only
Margin right: ✔ increases/decreases the size of `dropdown listfields` which can be on a toolbar (not in dialogs), eg `Identify as` or `Block unwanted pop-ups` dropdown listfields

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: window bg from OS (listboxes) / [Dropdown skin] (dropdown listfields)
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: window bg from OS (listboxes) / [Dropdown skin] (dropdown listfields)
