[Listbox Skin]

Description: outer bg around listboxes, eg Contact properties→Images or New account wizzard
Version: at least since 9.0 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented
Visible: eg Contacts panel→ Add→ Images, eg in Tools→ Mail and Chat accounts→ Add

If no section, Info-Version 2 and

Note 1: in some listboxes you see a scrollbar at the right, these scrollbars are included in the [Listbox skin], so `padding right` shifts the scrollbars to the left

Note 2: if defined, the Listitem skin draws the inner bg for the [Listbox skin], but also the inner bg for `dropdown listfields without icon` defined by the Dropdown skin, see below
