[Label Skin]

Description: general text labels in dialogs, thumbnails, speeddial, mail compose and transfer panel details
Version: at least since 9.0 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented
Visible: eg in dialogs, thumbnails on tabs, speeddial, transfer panel details, mail compose window

Note that the [Label Skin] overrides all the related skins at least partly!

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: current bg from current-skin behind it
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: current bg from current-skin behind it
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: current bg from current-skin behind it
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: current bg from current-skin behind it

Note 2: you cannot change the grey numbers/text in speeddial with the [Label skin] (the grey things are simply unchangeable)

Note 3: in dialogs the [Label Skin] affects all the button-less text/info parts (without checkboxes/radiobuttons)
