[Incomplete Message Toolbar]

Description: bg for incomplete message toolbar, if Low bandwith mode enabled
Version: since 9.60 in skin.ini, since 9.60 implemented
Visible: if Tools→ Mail and Chat accounts→ `your account`→ Edit→ Incoming→ `Low-bandwith mode` enabled and you received a mail with mor than 100 lines; then the [Incomplete Message Toolbar] appears in the mail views, at the bottom of the `Mail header toolbar`

At the right you see the Push button skin: push buttons in dialogs (Cancel, Help...), 9.0› or Push default button skin: preselected push buttons in dialogs (Ok, Yes...), 9.0›
At the left you see the info icon called by the entry `Incomplete Message image=` in [Images]
