• Version: at least since 9.0 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented
• Visible: open a panel in order to see all the panel toolbars, but the [Hotlist Skin] is not visible because of all the separate skins defined on top, see below and see the note 2 downwards the page

• Note 1: The [Hotlist skin] is a base skin, that means; if you have here no color/image/text color defined, you see Black bg together with a text color from the OS!
