• Description: separate bg for the normal panel toolbar and behind the panel treeviews
• Version: since 9.5 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented, not used before 10.0
• Visible: eg open the mail panel (you see the [Hotlist Panel Skin] only because the `Panel treeview skin` is defined without image/color. The `Panel normal toolbar skin` is defined with an image; you see it on top of the [Hotlist Panel Skin])
