[Hotlist Panel Header Skin]

Description: separate bg for the panel header toolbar
Version: since 9.5 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented, not used before 10.0
Visible: open a panel in order to see the panel header at the top (title- and close-button, for all panels the same)

If no image / no color in the section, you see: [Hotlist skin]→ Black bg

Section-types: .top, .left, .bottom and .right
Section-states: .hover, .selected, .pressed, .attention, .disabled (only text color for buttons if not already defined in the `Toolbar button skin`)

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Hotlist Panel Header Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Hotlist skin] from current-skin
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Hotlist skin] from current skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Hotlist skin] from current-skin

Note 1: the font of the title button is bold by default, but changes to normal if you move or add something on the panel header; you cannot change this behaviour - a technical deficiency. But you can copy the concerned entry from the original standard toolbar.ini into your custom toolbar.ini in order to have back the bold title.
The fontsize for the title button you can set inside the [Hotlist Panel Header.content] section of the Toolbar.ini (120 is default):

Note 2: in order to have access to all the full panels/tabs, please drag the following button to the `Panel header toolbar`: BUTTON
on the panel header then, click: open full panel/tab - hold: change to full panel/tab.

Note 3: here the relations between all the panel skins - please note, that all the statements here are made without having clones. An arrow means: this skin you see on top of the next skin - so all the settings not made in this skin, comes from the next. For instance: if there is no image and no color in the [Panel normal toolbar skin] you see the image/color of the [Hotlist panel skin] - and if the [Hotlist panel skin] have no image/color, you see the image/color of the [Hotlist skin]:
