[Hotlist Floating Button Skin]

Description: button area around the `plus` button in the panel selector
Version: since 9.5 in skin.ini, since 9.5 implemented
Visible: click the panel button at the left of the tab bar in order to show/hide the panel selector

- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Toolbar button skin] from current-skin
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Hotlist floating button skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Toolbar button skin] from current-skin

Note 1: you can drag more buttons to the floating toolbar; also most of the options for toolbars in Appearance→ Toolbars are valid (though not always useful)

Note 2: please do not mistake the [Hotlist floating button skin] (button skin) for the `Hotlist floating skin` (mobile toolbar skin). Below you see the difference; the [Hotlist floating button skin] in red and the `Hotlist floating skin` in blue (changed padding/margin for the screenshot):
