About Fallback
- Note 1: the [Header button skin] draws all the header buttons; unsorted, sorted ascending and sorted descending. For ascending the up arrow from `Sort ascending =` in [Images] appears at the left and for descending the down arrow from `Sort descending =` in [Images].
- Note 2: if defined, the Header button sort ascending skin replaces the header buttons if sorted ascending - then the up arrow is not visible
- Note 3: if defined, the Header button sort descending skin replaces the header buttons if sorted descending - then the down arrow is not visible
- Note 4: the height of the [Header button skin] is unchangeable. In order to prevent from having reduced icon sizes, it can be a good idea to adjust the text position vertically with negative values for `Padding top` or `Padding bottom`
- Note 5: if you change the values for Padding left/right, bear in mind that some text items are right-aligned (eg `Size` in mail views); so here negative values are unsuitable
- Note 6: the quadratic part at the very right you see together with a scrollbar is disabled by default (eg Tools→ Preferences→ Advanced→ Fonts). If you like to have a similar image like the buttons, you have to adjust the contrast and brightness of your separate image for .disabled - so it looks then approx. similar.
