[Extender Button Skin]

Description: area around the extender menu arrow in the normal/visual tab bar
Version: since 9.5 in skin.ini, since 9.5 implemented
Visible: if View→ Toolbars→ `Tab Bar` enabled and Appearance→ Toolbars→ Wrapping→ `Show extender menu` enabled; then the extender button appears if the tabs reaches the right toolbar border

On top you see the icon `Extender Right Arrow` (for top/bottom toolbar placement) or `Extender Down Arrow` (for left/right toolbar placement) from the section [Boxes]

If no image / no color in the section, you see: [Pagebar skin] - [Browser window skin]→ Black bg

Section-types: - (but we have the different icons for left/right toolbar placement)

If no section, Info-Version 3 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Extender Button Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Pagebar skin] from current-skin, with the icon on top
If no section, Info-Version 2 and
- Options-Fallback background 1, you see: [Extender Button Skin] from standard-skin
- Options-Fallback background 0, you see: [Pagebar skin] from current-skin, with the icon on top

Note 1: depending on the current toolbar size, the extender button overlaps the `Pagebar tail button` in the standard-skin - bug. So I suggest to add 12px padding left to the `Pagebar tail skin` (in Opera 10 we have already 10 padding left there - so it have to be 22px)

Note 2: there are 2 ways in order to have a visible part around the arrow icons: add such a part to the icons itselfs or then; add such an image to the [Extender Button Skin] with the necessary transparent image parts (but bear in mind that you see the same image if the toolbar placement is set to left/right and also for visual tabs - so the first variant is the better one)
