[Expand Hover Skin]

• Description: never found with 10.0 but still in the skin.ini. In version 9.5/9.64 it was the dialog expand button, eg in Synchronize opera dialog, see the old screenshot below
• Version: since 9.5 in skin.ini, since 9.5 implemented, 9.5 and 9.64 only, no longer valid in 10.0 (so I think)!

• Note 1: In 10.0 we have the Expand skin: bg behind dialog expand buttons, eg in Delete private data dialog, 9.5› for such purposes, as well as the `expand-push buttons` you see for instance in Tools→ Preferences→ Search→ Edit (the `Details` button)
