[Cycler Window Skin]

Description: bg for the whole tab cycler
Version: at least since 9.0 in skin.ini, at least since 9.0 implemented
Visible: tab cycler visible with Ctrl+Tab (if more than one tab open), thumbnails there visible if Tools→ Preferences→ Advanced→ Tabs→ `Show thumbnails in tab cycle` enabled
