• Version: before 9.5 only, at least since 9.0 implemented, no longer valid in 10.0 (so I think)!

Before 9.5 we had:

• [Cycler window skin] whole bg for the tab cycler
• [Cycler skin] bg behind the cycler buttons
• [Cycler button skin] which never worked, no effect
