Description: edge/border element for highlighted links in spatial navigation
Version: since 9.5 in skin.ini, implemented since 9.5
Visible: press Shift+↓→↑← in order to focus a link and scroll then down - the outside edge appears if you reach the top edge of the viewport

Note 1: this skin should never be changed; best possible compromise for color, structure and opacity!
