Simplyfied caption buttons in the panel header; now the 4 buttons are reduced to 2 buttons with `press+hold`-functions:
The Close-button closes the panel, press+hold: closes the panel and the selector
The Open-button opens the large panel in addition to the small one, press+hold: changes to the large panel
Simplyfied also the caption button in large panels/pages/tabs; now the 3 buttons are reduced uniform to 1 button with `press+hold`-function:

The links for skin- and setup-buttons goes now online to the page "ttt-skins and setups" at myOpera. There you can download the latest skins and setups and you will find a lot of previews, help files and descriptions.
The changed buttons-help starts now the matching online help page; the large Search panel is no longer occupied.
The new button-descriptions starts the matching online descriptions page.
