• TU Delft (Netherlands) and International Institute for Aerospace Survey and Earth Science ITC Enschede/Delft (1994-1997). Director of the European Master Programme "Environmental and Geo-Resource Engineering" in cooperation with the Universities of Cardiff (UK) und Bordeaux (France) and the International Institute for Aerospace Survey and Earth Science ITC Enschede/Delft.

• Distance Learning Programme: "Interactive Online Training in Environmental Management and Technology (1999-01)". This programme was awarded by the ETH-Board Zürich as outstanding and received a funding of CHF 372000.

• Distance Learning Programme: Cyber lecture on "Semiotics of Waste and Redevelopment" (2003-2005) in co-operation with the Humboldt Universität Berlin and the University of Toronto .
