Enrolling

You are greeted with the Graphic User Interface (GUI) of the campaign, and in the Main Channel window you can read: It appears that you have not signed up for this server's campaign. [Click to get started]

Click on the link and you will be enrolled in the game training faction, known as the Solaris Training Company (or SOL, for short). Some servers change this name. You should receive your starting units, quantity and type also variable per server settings.

Click now on [register] and double enter a password. Some servers ask for an email adress which will send a validation code. It is worth to take some time and register your callsign on the server's forums which are rich in information regarding their settings and rules. On almost all servers both your MekWars account and your forum callsigns must be the same.

Notice at times many things will flash on your screen about current games played and Faction Ranking. Dont let it confuse you. You will learn about that later in your MechWarrior career. The next step is understanding the Interface.
